Requirements & Preferred Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicle.
Strong command of spoken and written English
Excellent tajweed and Qur’an recitation skills
Preference will be given to an applicant with the following:
Ijazah in one or more riwayat
TQE certification
Hafidha
Prior experience teaching Qur’an (preferred)
Professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail.
About the Role
The Qur’an Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of aat & co.‘s Qur’an programs, ensuring a high-quality learning experience for students while supporting instructors and families.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate class schedules, student enrollment, and teacher assignments.
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students.
Monitor attendance, student progress, and program quality.
Support instructors with resources, communication, and classroom needs.
Maintain accurate student records and administrative documentation.
Assist with assessments, class placements, and reporting.
Coordinate program events, workshops, and Qur’an completion ceremonies.
Ensure programs operate in accordance with aat & co.’s policies, values, and educational standards.
Identify opportunities to improve program delivery and student experience.
