Ayeshah Ahmed
Founder & Lead Instructor
Ayeshah is an educator, mentor, designer, and visionary who has been inspiring students since 2012. With over 13 years of experience, her work goes beyond knowledge-sharing, focusing on character development, personal transformation, and creative expression.
She holds an ijazah in Hafs recitation and a Taleem-ul-Quran diploma from AlHuda. Her formal Islamic studies also include Seerah and advanced courses such as Sahih al-Bukhari, reflecting a commitment to grounding faith in authentic sources. Dedicated to lifelong learning, Ayeshah is currently pursuing an additional ijazah in the riwayāt of Hafs and Shuʿbah ʿan ʿĀṣim, further strengthening her chain of transmission and qualification to grant ijazah to future students who complete their studies under her guidance.
Alongside teaching, Ayeshah is the creative mind behind Ayeshah Designs, where she brings faith-inspired artistry to life through minimal and meaningful Islamic stationery, prints, and digital creations.
Her mission is to empower students to deepen their faith, excel in their learning, and make a lasting impact through both education and design.
Adeel Dosani
Co-Founder & Instructor
Adeel Dosani is a hafidh, an educator, lifelong student of Islamic knowledge, and professional leader with nearly two decades of experience across religious, community, and corporate settings.
For over 20 years, he has served communities across the GTA by leading Taraweeh prayers, delivering khutbahs, and giving educational talks, with a consistent focus on sincerity, clarity, and relevance.
He holds ijazaat in Quran recitation in the riwayat of Hafs and Warsh, and has memorized the classical Tajweed texts Tuhfatul Atfal and Al Jazariyyah. He also holds a Diploma in Islamic Studies from the International Open University (IOU). His Islamic education includes formal and informal study of classical texts in hadith, aqeedah, and seerah, with an emphasis on grounding faith in authentic sources while making it accessible and meaningful for contemporary audiences.
Professionally, Adeel is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) with approximately 19 years of experience in managerial and director-level roles.
This background brings structure, strategic thinking, and accountability to his work in education and organizational leadership.
As Co-Founder of adeel & ayeshahteaches, he helps shape the vision, systems, and long-term direction of the organization.
Zaynab Rana
Instructor | Director of Learning & Vision
Zaynab is a passionate educator with a unique and engaging approach to teaching. She holds a diploma in Taleemul Quran from AlHuda.
Known for her strong ability to connect with young children, Zaynab creates a warm, inspiring learning environment that nurtures a love of learning and the Quran.
She is an essential part of the organization and the creative mind behind its vision, contributing significantly to its growth and educational direction.
Inza Saqib
Operations Support Coordinator
Inza brings a strong passion for community building and organizational excellence. She is actively involved in community engagement and operations, supporting impactful programming and fostering meaningful connections within the community.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Integrated Business and Humanities from McMaster University, along with a Diploma from Ta'leem ul Quran from Al Huda, and is currently pursuing further studies in Arabic & Islamic sciences at Qalam Seminary. Through both her academic journey and community work, she is committed to creating spaces that are engaging, vibrant, and rooted in purpose.
Armeen Atif
Instructor | Quran Program Coordinator
Armeen holds a diploma in Taleem ul Quran (English) from Al Huda. She is currently in her fourth year at McMaster University, pursuing an Honours Bachelor of Life Sciences, and has been teaching Quran and Tajweed since 2018.
Her relationship with the Quran is rooted in guidance and reflection, shaping her values and approach to teaching. She brings clarity, calm, and purpose into every lesson, creating a grounded and meaningful learning experience for her students.
Ahmad Hussain
Instructor
Ustadh Ahmad Hussain works as a professor and program coordinator of the English Language Studies department at Conestoga College. His academic background includes specializations in language acquisition, teaching English as a second language and curriculum and pedagogy.
Ahmad Hussain has been involved in Islamic education programs in Milton for over 10 years.
Zakariyah Dosani
Instructor
Zakariyah has memorized 12 juz of the Quran and teaches the Quran with sincerity and care. He regularly leads Taraweeh during Ramadan and is committed to continual growth in his Quranic journey.
He is known for his exceptionally kind and empathetic teaching style, with a natural ability to connect with students of all abilities, including those with special needs.
His patience and attentiveness create a safe, supportive learning environment where every student feels seen and valued.
Zayd Rana
Instructor | Media Coordinator
Zayd completed memorizing the Quran at the age of 10 and holds an ijazah in the Hafs recitation. He is currently pursuing ijazah in Shu‘bah while memorizing Tuhfatul Atfal, continuing to deepen his journey in Quranic sciences.
He regularly leads Taraweeh during Ramadan and is passionate about teaching Quran with clarity and care.
Alongside teaching, Zayd brings his love for photography, videography, and creative media to ayeshahteaches, thoughtfully capturing moments of learning, growth, and community in a way that reflects the beauty and purpose of the space.
Dawood Dosani
Instructor
Dawood is a dedicated Hafidh of the Quran, having completed his memorization at a young age. He holds ijazaat in the recitations of Hafs, Warsh, and Shu‘bah, and has memorized Tuhfatul Atfal and Al-Jazariyyah, reflecting strong grounding in the sciences of Quranic recitation.
He is known for his beautiful and precise recitation and regularly leads Qiyam and Taraweeh in community masajid during Ramadan.
Through his teaching and mentorship, Dawood inspires his students with discipline, humility, and a deep love for the Quran.
Dua Asif
Instructor
Dua is a passionate and devoted individual with a strong connection to the Quran and a love for working with children. With hands-on experience nurturing young minds, she brings patience, empathy, and a natural ability to connect with kids.
Dua became a Hafidhah at just 8 years old, reflecting a deep love and commitment to the Qur’an from an early age. She has since continued her journey in Qur’anic studies and was blessed to receive her Ijazah in Hafs Riwayah, a significant milestone in the preservation and transmission of the Qur’an.
Through her connection to the Qur’an and pursuit of excellence in recitation, Dua strives to help students develop strong tajweed, confidence, and a sincere love for the Book of Allah.
Hunana Zahid

Hunana is a student at the University of Waterloo with over six years of experience in education, including teaching Islamic Studies. She has worked with students across various age groups, bringing both versatility and care into her teaching approach.
She is passionate about creating a nurturing, creative, and engaging learning environment where students feel supported as they grow in both knowledge and faith. Her goal is to help students build a strong and meaningful connection with Islam while fostering confidence and a love for learning
Zahrah Khan
Instructor
Zahrah holds a BA in Islamic Studies from the International Open University (IOU) and is currently completing her Health Science degree. She has memorized 8 juz’ of the Qur’an and continues her journey in memorization with dedication and consistency.
With over four years of experience teaching Qur’an and Islamic Studies, Zahrah brings a clear, supportive, and engaging approach to her classes. She is passionate about helping students build confidence in their recitation while nurturing a strong and meaningful connection with the Qur’an.
Tasnim Almoustafa

Tasnim has over five years of experience teaching Arabic, the Qur’an and Tajweed. She is known for her gentle, patient approach, creating a warm space where children feel motivated and engaged.
Having memorized several Juz’ of the Qur’an, she continues her journey toward complete memorization, aiming to inspire young hearts with a love for Arabic and the beauty of the Qur’an. Her dedication ensures that every child feels supported as they grow in both skill and faith.
Aleena Atif

Aleena is a hafidhah of the Quran and holds a diploma in Taleem ul Quran from Al Huda. She brings a strong grounding in recitation and Tajweed, with a clear and beautiful style that reflects precision and reverence.
She loves teaching both children and adults, approaching each lesson with care, patience, and intention. Her teaching nurtures confidence, proper pronunciation, and a deep respect for the words of Allah, creating a calm and uplifting learning environment for her students.
Sheza Feroz

Sheza is a passionate teacher with 3 years of experience, known for her ability to connect with children and make learning the Quran engaging.
She has a beautiful recitation and continues to deepen her understanding through Tafsir with ayeshahteaches and other Islamic organizations.
With a deep love for the deen and a nurturing approach, Sheza brings warmth and intention into every lesson, inspiring her students and growing alongside them in their Quranic journey.
Rehmeen Fahad

Rehmeen is a dedicated and passionate educator with a strong foundation in Islamic education. As a haafidah, she brings a deep connection to the Qur’an and a sincere commitment to nurturing that same connection in her students.
With several years of experience supporting and working closely with young learners, she has developed the ability to create engaging, structured, and supportive learning environments. Her approach focuses on building confidence, strengthening tajweed, and helping students develop a meaningful relationship with the Qur’an.
Aseel Shrief

Aseel has a strong foundation in Islamic education and has completed the Taleem al-Qur’an Diploma through AlHuda Institute. She is currently on her journey of memorizing the Qur’an, reflecting her continued commitment to seeking sacred knowledge and strengthening her connection with the Book of Allah.
Her approach to teaching focuses on creating a nurturing and engaging environment where students feel encouraged, supported, and connected to their learning.
